fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موفقیت خوشه صنعتی فرش دستبافت خراسان شمالی مدیریت فرش علمی - پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">صنعت فرش با قدمتی هزاران ساله به‌عنوان میراث فرهنگی کشور، زمینه‌ساز ایجاد صدها فرصت شغلی و ارتزاق بخش قابل توجهی از جمعیت است. اما تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد که این صنعت در طی سال‌های اخیر با چالش‌های قابل ملاحظه‌ای مواجه شده است. در این مقاله بحث می‌شود که از بهبودهای جزءنگر نتیجه‌ای حاصل نخواهد شد و صنعت فرش دست‌باف نیازمند نگرشی سیستمی است که آن را در بستر سیستم‌های نوین مدیریتی و مبتنی بر اولویت‌بندی‌های صحیح قرار دهد و ضمن بهبود عناصر، بیش از پیش بر بهبود روابط اجزاء صنعت فرش دست‌باف و ایجاد هم‌افزایی میان آنها تأکید کند. لذا با معرفی ادبیات خوشه‌های صنعتی و عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت آنها، عوامل موفقیت خوشه صنعتی فرش دست‌باف خراسان شمالی را در دو موقعیت وضع موجود (ایجاد) و وضع مطلوب (بهره‌برداری) مورد شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی قرار می‌دهیم. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از خبرگان (۴۰ نفر) حاضر در خوشه مورد مطالعه است. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق پرسش‌نامه مقایسات زوجی جمع‌آوری شد و با روش تحلیل شبکه‌ای (ANP) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در وضعیت فعلی، زیرساخت فیزیکی، حمایت دولت و تأمین‌کنندگان و در وضعیت مطلوب، شبکه‌های درونی، دسترسی به نیروی کار ماهر و بازاریابان دارای بیشترین اولویت برای موفقیت خوشه مورد مطالعه هستند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The carpet industry dates back thousands of years, as the country&#39;s cultural heritage, creating hundreds of jobs. This paper introduces the literature of industrial clusters and factors affecting their success and so identifying and prioritizing success factors for carpet cluster in North Khorasan at the Status quo and ideal condition.The population is consist of all the experts(40 Specialist) in carpet cluster in North Khorasan. Data is collected through paired comparisons questionnaires with elements derived from the literature and interviews.
