fa تحلیل نهادیِ کارکرد تشکل‌ها در فرش دستباف براساس نظریه داگلاس نورث در دوره جمهوری اسلامی ایران Institutional analysis of the performance of organizations in handwoven carpets during the period of the Islamic Republic of Iran with an approach to the theory of Douglas C. North مدیریت فرش علمی - پژوهشي Research اکثراً موانع توسعه و همینطور کاهش تولید و صادرات فرش دستباف در بُعد اقتصادی به عواملی همچون عدم وجود بازاریابی، بیثباتی نرخ ارز، تحریمهای بینالمللی، دستمزد و هزینه مواد اولیه تولید و عدم حمایت دولت، نسبت داده شده است. در این پژوهش ضمن پذیرفتن این عوامل در فرش‌دستباف و اثرات قابل ملاحظه آن‌ها، به موضوع بسیار مهم کارکرد تشکل‌ها بر اساس رویکرد اقتصادنهادگرا، در این حوزه پرداخته‌ شده است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی کارکرد تشکل‌ها بر اساس نظریه داگلاس سی. نورث، اقتصاددان نهادگرایی، در فرش‌دستباف، دوره جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. گردآوری مطالب به روش کتابخا‌نهای (اسنادی) و گردآوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه عمیق استفاده شده است و سپس با روش تحلیل کیفی با رویکرد تماتیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و سعی شده است مؤلفه‌ها مخصوصاً  نهادهای تأثیرگذار در ابتدا شناسایی و سپس مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گیرد. همچنین برای اندازه تعداد مصاحبه‌ها از اشباع نظری استفاده شده است و مصاحبه‌ها تا زمانی که ایده جدیدی کشف نشد ادامه یافت نمونه‌های مورد مصاحبه بر اساس تخصص‌های لازم و سوالات نیز بر همین اساس تدوین شده است که به شیوه کدگذاری با نرم افزار maxQDA کدگذاری، مقوله‌بندی و تجزیه و تحلیل شده است که نتایج قابل ملاحظه‌ای از آن بدست آمده است. بررسیهای این پژوهش نشان میدهد؛ از چالش‌های مهم نهادی نبود جامعه‌مدنی قدرتمند است، و عدم فعالیت تشکل‌ها، الف: هزینه مبادله را بالا میبرد (عدم انسجام سراسری اصناف و اتحادیههای فرش دستباف برای حل مشکلات خود). ب: حقوق قشرهای مختلف جامعه که بر اساس چانه‌زنی محقق میشود را به گروههای سیاسی و یا امیال سیاستمداران میسپارد. ج: در جامعهی دسترسیباز، دسترسی به رانت مولد اقتصادی برای همگان و نه صرفاً فرادستان است که این مهم نیاز به برابری حقوقی و آزادی و استقلال تشکلها و سازمانهای مستقل است و اگر این جامعه مدنی پرقدرت وجود نداشته باشد دسترسی‌باز امکان پذیر نخواهد بود.   Most of the obstacles to development as well as the decrease in the production and export of handwoven carpets in the economic dimension are attributed to factors such as lack of marketing, exchange rate instability, international sanctions, wages and cost of production raw materials, and lack of government support. In this research, while accepting these factors in handwoven carpets and their significant effects, the very important issue of the functioning of organizations based on the economic-institutional approach has been addressed in this field. The purpose of this research is to investigate the functioning of organizations based on the theory of Douglas C. North, the economist of institutionalism, in the hand-woven carpet, is the period of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Collecting materials using library method (documents) and collecting data using in-depth interview method and then using qualitative analysis method with a thematic approach and trying to identify the components, especially influential institutions, and then analyze them. . Also, theoretical saturation has been used to measure the number of interviewsAnd the interviews continued until a new idea was not discovered. The interviewed samples were compiled based on the necessary expertise and the questions were compiled accordingly, which were coded, categorized, and analyzed using maxQDA software, which yielded significant results. Has been achieved. The investigations of this research show; One of the important institutional challenges is the absence of a powerful civil society, and the inactivity of the organizations, A: increases the cost of exchange (the lack of national cohesion of handwoven carpet guilds and :union:s to solve their problems). B: It leaves the rights of different sections of the society, which are realized based on bargaining, to political groups or the wishes of politicians.
