fa ارائه مدلی برای ارزیابی بهره‌وری کارگاه‌های تولید فرش دستبافت Presenting a Model for Productivity Assessment of Handwoven Carpet Production Workshops مدیریت فرش علمی - پژوهشي Research فرش دستبافت در سال‌های اخیر جایگاه جهانی خود را از دست داده است. مشکلات متعددی باعث این موضوع شده‌اند. یکی از موارد مهم، مشخص نبودن بهره‌وری کارگاه‌های تولید فرش دستبافت است. روش‌های موجود اندازه‌گیری بهره‌وری، کمی هستند. در صنعت فرش دستبافت دستیابی به داده‌های کمی یا امکان‌پذیر نیست یا به سختی امکان‌پذیر است. تاکنون تحقیقی برای ارزیابی کیفی بهره‌وری انجام نشده است در نتیجه این تحقیق با هدف ارائه روشی برای ارزیابی بهره‌وری کارگاه‌های متمرکز تولید فرش دستبافت به صورت کیفی  صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق و شیوه نمونه گیری در مراحل اول و دوم تحقیق عبارتند از: خبرگان فرش دستبافت، قضاوتی؛ تولیدکنندگان فرش دستبافتِ دارای کارگاه بافت در شهر اصفهان و تصادفی. برای تعیین شاخص‌های ارزیابی بهره‌وری، از روش دلفی در مرحله اصلی و مقدماتی و برای ارزیابی بهره‌وری، از آزمون تی یک نمونه‌ای استفاده شده است. در این تحقیق به عنوان نتیجه، روشی برای ارزیابی بهره‌وری ارائه گردید که برای ارزیابی بهره‌وری قابلیت اجرا در کلیه کارگاه‌های متمرکز تولید فرش دستبافت را دارد. در این پژوهش برای بهره وری دو بُعد اثربخشی و کارایی منظور گردیده است. سرمایه، مواد، تجهیزات، روش، مدیریت و نیروی انسانی ، شاخص‌های کارایی بوده  و تحقق اهداف و رضایت مشتری شاخص‌های اثربخشی اند. نتایج آزمون تی یک نمونه‌ای بیانگر این است که بهره‌وری، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های آن از حد متوسط بیشتر اما از حد ایده‌آل کمتر می‌باشند. In recent years, hand-woven carpets have lost their global status. Several problems have caused this issue. One of the important things is the uncertainty of the productivity of handwoven carpet production workshops. Existing productivity measurement methods are quantitative. In this industry, obtaining quantitative data is either not possible or hardly possible. So far, no research has been done for the qualitative evaluation of productivity. As a result, this research has been conducted with the aim of providing a qualitative method for evaluating the productivity of concentrated workshops for the production of handwoven carpets. The statistical populations and sampling methods in the first and second stages was: the experts of handwoven carpets, judgmental method; and the producers of handwoven in Isfahan, randomly method. To determine productivity evaluation indicators, the Delphi method was used, and one-sample t-test was used to evaluate productivity. In this research, a method for evaluating productivity was presented. Two dimensions of effectiveness and efficiency have been considered for productivity. Capital, materials, equipment, methods, management and human resources are indicators of efficiency, and achievement of goals and customer satisfaction are indicators of effectiveness. The results of the t-test show that its productivity, dimensions and components are more than the average but less than the ideal.
