fa اندازه‌گیری سطح بلوغ الکترونیک سازمان‌های درگیر در صادرات فرش دستباف ایران بازاریابی فرش علمی - پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">این مقاله ‌درصدد تعیین میزان بلوغ تجارت الکترونیک (میزان استفاده از ابزارهای الکترونیکی‌ در فعالیت‌های سازمان‌ها) در زمینه صادرات فرش دستباف[۱] ایران است تا بتوان از آن به‌عنوان پایه‌ای برای شناخت وضعیت کنونی و در نتیجه ارائه ‌راهکار‌هایی برای ارتقاء سطح بلوغ الکترونیکی[۲] (رسیدن به مراحل بالاتر از بلوغ تجارت الکترونیک) سازمان‌های پشتیبانی‌کننده از صادرات، شرکت‌های صادر‌کننده و سازمان متولی فرش دستباف بهره گرفت. برای نیل به این منظور از‌ مدل سیستماتیک بلوغ فرایند صادرات[۳] کالا - که دارای دیدگاه سیستمی بوده و دربر‌گیرنده هر دو بعد سازمانی و کار‌بردی است - استفاده شده است. مؤلفه‌های‌ آن‌ با استفاده از پرسشنامه طراحی شده (طیف لیکرت) از طریق‌ میانگین فرضی (۳=&micro;) و درصد پاسخ‌های داده‌شده به هر گزینه‌ توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل ‌قرار گرفتند و رد یا عدم تأیید آنها نیز با استفاده از آزمون T و ANOVA صورت پذیرفت و از آنجا که در مدل بلوغ دو‌بعدی[۴]، میزان سطح بلوغ الکترونیکی صادرات برابر است با سازمان‌هایی (شرکت‌ها) که کمترین میزان بلوغ را دارند، لذا با بررسی نتایج مشخص شد که شرکت‌های صادر‌کننده فرش دستباف با قرار گرفتن در مرحله اول، پایین‌ترین مرحله را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. بنابراین بلوغ صادرات در مرحله اول تعیین می‌شود. این درحالی‌است که سازمان‌های پشتیبانی‌کننده و سازمان متولی فرش دستباف در مرحله چهارم بلوغ الکترونیکی قرار گرفته‌اند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">In this research we are to determine the maturity of electronic commerce (the amount of usage of electronic devices and tools for performing the organization&rsquo;s activities) in the export of Iranian hand-knitted carpet, as a base for recognizing the current situation and thus offering methods for improving the level of electronic maturity (achieving higher levels of electronic maturity) for organizations supporting the exports, exporting companies and the organization for hand-knitted carpet. For this purpose the systematic model of maturity of product exporting process, which is of a systematic view and involves both aspects of organizational and applied, is used. The parameters are analyzed using the designed surveys (Likret Scale), with hypothetical mean of (&micro;=3), and the percentage of answered questions to each choice. The processes of acceptance and rejection were performed by T-test and Nova test, and since in two-dimensional maturity model, the grade of export electronic maturity corresponds to the organizations (companies) that have the least grade of maturity, in analyzing the results, it was found that the hand-knitted carpet export companies, though being in the first rank, have the lowest rank.
